WCHS MUSIC DEPARTMENT

The state-of-the-art recording studio at WCHS was funded by a generous grant from the Walentas Family Foundation. It boasts a Universal Audio Apollo Quad D/A Converter, 6 computers running Logic Pro X, and an exciting array of microphones including a Rode NT 1000, Shure PG81, and a Beyer Dynamic M88.

What does this all mean? Come take a class in our studio to learn how professionals create beats, write songs, edit vocals, and add effects to songs. How does music influence movies we watch or moods we're in? How can we as producers use those toolsto create music that expresses the mood we want? Come explore all of this in our recording studio classes.
